Achievements: deep knowledge of the audiovisual sector in Spain, solid network, and from an overall perspective, turning a legal obligation into a profitable business for Telefónica has been the most satisfying achievement at this position. I have also highly strengthened my negotiation skills regarding both coproduction deals and rights acquisition. Five Goya awards. As Audiovisual production Manager at Telefonica Studios /Movistar+ , I have developped and deployed an operating model for managing investments in Movies and TV series production, rights acquisitions, in order to comply with the new Ley General de Comunicación Audiovisual. I participated in global deal negotiations with incumbent internet players such as, Google, Yahoo, Facebook to implement mainly their mobile services in all Telefonica Group footprint. I also gave support during the agreements deployment stage.

Achievements: very proud to have taken in charge a company that was almost out of business and been able to take it back to a healthy condition. It was challenging in many aspects but I would highlight the team managment and the strategy definition.I was responsible for redefining and deploying the company strategy to take it back to profitability.I designed the creation of a spare parts (OEM and recycled) marketpalce based on the dealers and scrapyards stocks leveraged by the inhouse developed ERP (SGICAT) and stock management application (Canal Auto). The company was eventually sold to a private group of investors.
