-Construct meal plans through That Clean Life Software based off client needs collected by Registered Dietitians and Health Coaches on our team-Analyze patient notes and intake forms to identify calorie needs, macronutrient needs, diet restrictions, food preferences, and cultural considerations-Coordinate with Registered Dietitians and Health Coaches to complete notes visible on the client portal based on their preferences-Assist with Meal Planning Trainings made available to the clients for better understanding of the structure of our programs

-Provide 1:1 client-centered coaching sessions via phone or video call where I use open-ended questions to elicit behavioral change.-Assist with developing a plan with clients to reach goals aligned with their life vision.-Create a safe space for clients to be vulnerable enough to dive into their strengths.-Follow up with their commitments to change and identify behaviors that may be impeding growth, creating opportunities to redirect or modify actions.-Attend regular webinars to expand my knowledge of chronic illnesses.-Manage and maintain social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.-Manage, maintain, and design my personal coaching website.
