With over a decade of experience as a pharmacy technician, including four years of certification, I have acquired diverse expertise across various pharmacy settings such as compounding, specialty, PBM, hospital, and insurance companies. Proficient in pivotal tasks such as data entry, multi-channel communication, motivational interview techniques, drug therapy analysis, benefit management, sterile compounding, and inventory control, I can adeptly interact with patients, members, pharmacists, physicians, and insurance entities. My ability to work independently, while readily offering support to others, reflects my self-sufficiency, proactiveness, and enthusiasm for ongoing learning. I am driven by the desire to contribute meaningfully to my community.In my personal endeavors, I am presently in the final stage of pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition at UA. I have also recently obtained a Health Coach Certification from a NBHWC-accredited program, which has provided me with valuable knowledge in motivational interviewing, coaching, and behavioral change. I plan to take my national board exam November 2024.
