By the time I left, my function, converted in a Center of Excellence, served 15 internal clients (member firms) providing them with research, insights, tracking, best practice sharing, training, competitive landscape monitoring and data analytics services.Additionally, I leveraged my research skills and knowledge of industry and market trends, by playing a key role in devising and delivering on the Global Eminence Strategy. In particular, played a leading role in the design, analysis, narrative and promotion of three main pieces of thought leadership: The Millennial Survey, The Readiness Report and The Impact Project. I started to conduct the Millennial Survey in 2011 as an internal survey, and by 2019 it had grown to be one of our biggest pieces of thought leadership, encompassing more than 30 countries and 10,000 respondents. The rigor behind the methodology as well as the different perspectives embedded in the report made this survey a signature piece at Deloitte.

Today, Deloitte not only is the number one professional services firm in the world, but also the most valuable commercial brand according to Brand Finance.
