In charge of the full-cycle recruitment process of operational and staff roles in Brazil (Workday ATS). My primary responsibilities include scheduling interviews, conducting kick-off meetings with hiring managers, job posting, sourcing, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, providing feedback and follow-ups, extending offers, and negotiating salaries and start dates.

- Supporting the Product Strategy and the Enterprise Service departments, partnering with international teams and hiring candidates across Brazil, Mexico and the US- Managing full-cycle recruitment for different lines of business: Resso, SoundOn, Helo, TikTok and others- Hiring candidates for the Business Development, Marketing, Design, User Experience, Music Business (Streaming Platforms, Publishing and Licensing, A&R, Programming and Library), Procurement, IT and Facilities teams- Main responsibilities: scheduling candidate's activities, conducting kick-off meetings with hiring managers in order to understand their hiring needs, job posting, sourcing and approaching passive candidates, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, providing feedback and follow-ups, extending offers and negotiating salaries and start dates.

In charge of hiring for all the areas inside Rocket.Chat, and for remote roles across the entire globe (Asia, Europe, LATAM and North America). Brief experience recruiting for the Tech Area - Cybersecurity, Front-End and Back-End roles.- Posting jobs in international job boards and social media- Reviewing, sourcing, scheduling and interviewing candidates, as well as negotiating, creating and sending their offer letters.- Management of the full cycle recruitment process through the Greenhouse ATS.

At Yuca, I'm responsible for generalist HR tasks that include the Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Organizational Development, and Finance areas. I serve as the first point of contact to people questions and concerns when it comes to HR support and I also perform operational duties as registering new employees and managing their benefits. I've also developed our first Onboarding program, focused on delivering the best experience to our New Hires, where they can feel welcome, create connections since day one, and understand our product, values, culture, and the different areas that embody Yuca. - Responsible for the whole recruitment process of all areas such as Corporate, Law, Architecture, Engineering, Growth, Real Estate, etc;- Partner with Hiring Managers to understand their needs and design a recruiting strategy for each position by creating job postings and job descriptions, screening resumes, conducting phone screens, scheduling interviews, and negotiating offers;- Communicate with candidates at every step of the process and manage jobs in our ATS (Kenoby), as well as communicating all details to New Hires and preparing them for their Onboarding;- Management of New Hires' and their Managers' calendars;- Creating content and events for the New Hires' first month;- Management of the Onboarding feedbacks and monthly follow-ups.

Working experience in a full-cycle recruitment process for WeWork Latin America. As part of my routine, my main responsibilities are:- Conduction of intake meetings with hiring managers;- Sourcing potential candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, using boolean codes;- Posting job opportunities, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews;- Market mapping through LinkedIn Talent Insights;- Conducting interviews where the candidate’s technical and behavioral skills are evaluated to build a shortlist to present to the Hiring Managers; - Responsible for the whole recruitment processes on intern and associate levels and on different areas as Corporate, Growth (Sales), Design&Development (Architecture), Facilities and Community;- Responsible for follow-up and giving feedback to the candidates; - Making job offers and updating our systems (Airtable).Other projects:- Gave support to the creation of a PWD Recruitment Program;- Conduction of an Onboarding for Apprentices, - Creation of a LinkedIn Recruiter and Talent Insights training for LATAM New Hires on the Talent Acquisition Team.Tools used on a daily basis: LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Talent Insights, Workday, Slack, Google Tools (Calendar, Sheets, Docs), Airtable, Interview Schedule, Zoom Meetings, and Dialpad.

Responsible for creating a mentoring project and implementing Squads on the company, focusing on promoting integration and a better relationship between employees from different areas.
