-Confer with client to determine factors affecting planning interior environments, such as budget, architectural preferences, and purpose and function.-Advise client on interior design factors such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings or equipment, and color coordination.-Review and detail shop drawings for construction plans.-Subcontract fabrication, installation, and arrangement of carpeting, fixtures, accessories,draperies, paint and wall coverings, artwork, furniture, decorative lamps, and related items.-Select or design,and purchase furnishings, artworks, and accessories.-Render design ideas in form of paste-ups or drawings.-Use computer-aided drafting (CAD) and related software to produce drawings for design purpose.-Manage and coordinates all aspects of Interior Design ranging from consultants appointment, concept, SD to as built stage.-Coordinate with another department for matters related with drawing, fixture plan, MEP, civil, and another division related projects.-Ensuring that the contractor, suppliers locally and in the territories assigned are cost effective whilst providing quality work and products in a timely manner.-Conducting spot checks and site visits.-Creating, standardizing, enhancing and monitoring contractors work schedule.

- Observating the project’s location and organizing the proposed layout.- Advise client on interior design factors, such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishing and equipment, and color coordination.- Present design to Client for approval, with proposed layout furniture, 3D Images, work drawing and color scheme and material board.- Preparing Bill of Quantity based on the approved design.- Purchase furnishing, art works, and accessories if needed.- Coordinating with Production Team to make sure the project done on schedule and in accordance with an approved design.- Draft and design interior projects.

-Observing the project’s location and organizing the proposed layout-Supporting Designer in producing section, layouts, elevations, and working drawing.
