• Responsible for the initiation, management, administration and follow up of administrative proceedings according to Customs Law (import and export) • Work in cooperation with other departments responsible for the verification of the correct fulfillment of special requirements and compliance with duties and taxes of imported or exported goods • Seizure and release of goods proceedings• Cooperation with other Authorities at Local, State and Federal level• Ability to manage large amount of files• Reporting monthly achievements• Monthly target achievements (result oriented)• Customer friendly service• Monthly and half yearly reports concerning the number of administrative procedures initiated, as well as judicial reviews of administrative decisions emitted by the Customs• Identification of successful arguments in order to take the appropriate measures to safeguard custom Authority's acts and administrative procedures from any judicial review• Heavy workload and overdue working time• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
