Product Manager in the E-Commerce Team.

I acted as PO in a scrum team about the project to improve the chatbot service of XP Inc. Focusing mainly on data analysis and processing using Lean tools. Achieving a result of increasing retention from 55% to 65%.

I worked in the Strategic Sourcing & Procurement area for the Chemicals category and the Energy category. Within the category of Chemicals I acted as SPOT Buyer responsible for all purchases and negotiations (national and international) about chemicals not covered by contract for all plants, warehouses and ports Cargill Brazil. As focal point of the Chemicals Brazil team for access to the main systems of operationalization, historical and documentation of purchases, I started the negotiation and treatment of the Fractionated Chemicals BID 2020, bringing much of the items in SPOT for contract, avoiding uncertainties, bringing agility to the process and an excellent cost avoidance result even in the pandemic scenario.Already within the Energy category I started the project of consumption projections in order to have a better visibility for energy purchase strategies in the long term. I was responsible for making monthly energy cost projections and managing all energy purchase contracts and Brazil-level insurance guarantees. I also assisted with activities of the Energy category in the areas of Biomass and Natural Gas.

- Responsible for marketing, disclosures and information, physically and digital.- Main implementation: communication channel accessible to the student body.-Use of Social Media promotion, metrics and creations in Adobe Photoshop.

I acted as a project assistant in PACE, an international program to encourage innovation in the development of urban mobility, with the main responsibility to keep the communication clear and the programming of the project in the planned schedule, together with the global team (Teams from universities in India, Iraq and Mexico).
