I’ve directed the organization’s advocacy work leading multidisciplinary teams on a national and international level, collaborating with Government authorities, State diplomats, Congress representatives, United Nations agencies, businesses, civil society organizations, and other relevant stakeholders in Peru, Switzerland, and the United States. I’ve advocated for LGBTIQ+ rights in United Nations human rights spaces in Geneva and Sustainable Development Goals spaces in New York, and I’ve been responsible for the preparation and submission of diverse human rights reports and advocacy strategies to Voluntary National Reviews, the UN High-Level Political Forum, Treaty Bodies, Special Procedures, Universal Periodic Reviews, and other spaces. These experiences have strengthened my capabilities in the international human rights and sustainable development frameworks, stakeholder engagement, international relations, diversity and inclusion, and fluency in written and spoken English.

In this position I successfully led the execution of the mission and vision of the organization as the first President of the Board of Directors (2017-2019 and 2019-2021) and the direction of the work teams, resulting in the consolidation of the organizational foundations of the association and in the public positioning of Más Igualdad Perú as one of the leading LGBTIQ+ organizations in Perú. I also motivated the attraction of new talent to the organization, proving instrumental in achieving new funding routes, developing new lines of work and improving existing processes.

Successfully and on time, I delivered on-site work for over 25 complex projects, including apartment buildings, office buildings, commercial spaces, and other civil construction projects. I’ve managed the comprehensive development of technical documentation, planning for in-plant manufacturing, on-site work execution, and compliance with administrative, quality, and safety requirements.I designed and implemented a digital information organization system used daily in company operations (technical and architectural information, for manufacturing, installation, administrative, and safety), and improved the safety and environmental management system to be annually updated and in line with the standards of the country's leading construction firms. I quickly learned the functionality of information management software for quoting, manufacturing, and installation (Ra Workshop and GesFacil), successfully implementing their use in the company. I developed a standardized model for presenting technical information of products in AutoCAD sheets, meeting the highest industry standards in the country for elevations and constructive details of glass and aluminum systems. I also led the renewal of the company's website and social media accounts, developing the structure and content of the website, and coordinating with the community management team for social media posts.
