I am the first point of contact for all of my clients and will remain their primary point of contact from originating their home loan all the way to closing. Guardian Mortgage Company is a full service mortgage lender however Guardian Mortgage Direct specializes in VA and FHA government home loans. Even though Guardian Mortgage Company is a Texas mortgage company,I am licensed to originate home loans throughout many states in our great country.

As a Mortgage Loan Officer for my local credit union I was responsible for taking the home loan application and pre-qualifying our members for their mortgage. Throughout my time at OFCU I also processed my own home loans, serviced all the mortgages we had on our portfolio, was responsible for underwriting and making the final credit decision if it was within my limits to approve or seek a higher lending authority to approve the mortgage, manage all escrow accounts ensuring insurance and tax payments were made on-time for each home loan, and coordinating with title companies to close the mortgages I would originate. Although OFCU would conform to Fannie Mae mortgage guidelines, they are a full service mortgage lender who services their loans 100%.
