The RAI Institute is now a leading non-profit in the responsible AI ecosystem. Responsible AI Products and Services Portfolio: Collaborated on defining the institute’s product and service portfolio, including a wide range of products and services as well as the membership program. The RAI Institute now provides responsible AI maturity assessments for organizations who buy, build, and use AI systems, as well as conformity assessments and certifications for AI systems to private and government organizations in the banking, insurance, health, energy, and defense sectors.

Front-Office Modernization Roadmap: Worked with the client to design the vision for a new digital service delivery channel and developed a roadmap for the modernization of the Department’s grants and contributions programs, including an onboarding strategy to successfully transition internal clients from their current application processes to an online funding application portal.Change Management Strategy and Plan: Guided PCH staff through the development and execution of a change management strategy and plan to engage, prepare and support stakeholders for the transition towards a new digital service delivery channel.

Program Design and Service Catalogue: Worked with SSC’s leadership team to define the objectives, capabilities, and roles of SSC’s new Science Program, a program that works closely with the science community and related enablers to define integrated solutions that address the IM/IT needs of science. This required the development of several products, such as a logic model and concept of operations, a service catalogue, a roadmap, and diverse communication products such as pamphlets and presentations.
