I'm an Information Technology Management student and I'm excited to build my career in IT. I have experience in Computer Networks, with a focus on support and infrastructure.During my internships, I developed problem-solving and independent working skills, as well as communication, critical thinking and pressure management skills.I had the opportunity to work with data center infrastructure, structured cabling and fiber optics, dealing with all the equipment in the Physical Layer of the OSI model. I also gained experience in changing hardware parts, formatting computers and using Windows and Linux operating systems.I've worked with remote access platforms such as AnyDesk, TeamViewer and VNC, and I'm currently delving into Active Directory and server administration. I'm always learning and looking to evolve in my career.
