About Gabriel Brito

HR professional since 2018 and Psychologist since 2023, I work in the areas of R&S and T&D in the Manaus hub industry. During these years I was able to work on most HR processes, but my focus and domain are processes focused on people, more specifically R&S and T&D. During these years I had the opportunity to learn from extremely qualified professionals and I honor this learning by putting into practice what I learned, therefore, I designed and developed projects with high performance teams, executed hiring demands for 200-400 people, developed corporate education projects such as Valgroup University and participated in the implementation of the ValAcademy project, an online corporate education platform, I was able to develop from scratch a talent attraction and onboarding project called P90, a program for outlining the integration process of new employees that has a significant impact on acceleration of the return invested in the new employee, in addition to other small projects that I had the pleasure of contributing to. Working on the HR front line, I have contributed to building a high-performance culture, where continuous improvement and excellence are essential values. My passion for developing talent and promoting well-being in the workplace is the driving force that leads me to seek creative and effective solutions in various HR subsystems, mainly in R&S, T&D (DHO).
