Responsible for intercompany imports: FDF, semi-finished, bulk, standards and samples. I maintained a daily follow-up with suppliers from Asia, Europe and the Americas, customs brokers, local and international freight forwarders. Also supported legal, finance and tax departments, contacting authorities as well.

Responsible for purchasing and procurement (USD 20 MIO/year), leading the following categories: rawmaterial, packaging, local freights and indirect items (6 plants); all IT local and international purchasing, contracts and third-parties of the company (22 plants).I also participated onto WCM and cost reduction projects, biddings, reporting KMIs e KPIs monthly – I have reported savings above USD 1 MIO/year.
