- Provided end-users/partner’s with support through Omni-chat, Dialpad, and Teamviewer.- Sent end-users/partners direct links related to their issue that I retrieved from our knowledge base as well as helped other colleagues through Slack.- Assisted with users and errors related to logging into the respective portals, including but not limited to, password resets, account assignments, and permission structure.- Fully documented and tracked the resolution process within our internal Salesforce, Case Management System.

- Responsible for setting up merchandise and displays within the store.- Directly involved with customers, and cash handling/cashier duties via our Point-of-Sale system.- Responsible for opening and closing duties, which included, counting the register when opening/closing, making sure all clothing walls and displays were clean and orderly, as well as ensuring any online orders that were placed overnight were completed.
