As a graduate of communications with a double minor in music and film, I have been able to build a huge number of skills that can be translated across multiple industries. I have extensive experience in inter-organizational communication, as well as having studied intercultural communication methods for both personal and business relationships. Experience in the arts has built my ability to work in teams, and given me a strong inclination to build positive rapport and relationships with my teammates in order to effectively meet our common goals. In addition, I have native fluency in Portuguese and can speak Spanish at an advanced level. Having achieved a 5 in AP Language & Composition, I am proud of my writing abilities which have greatly aided me in both online and real-world interactions with people totally unlike myself.Beyond my educational experience, I have been singing, writing, and producing music since high school, and have been involved with the performing arts in some capacity for nearly ten years. I am also very interested in film and cinematography, and I do have training in video production and editing on professional cameras. I'm available for DJ bookings in the NYC area, specializing in house/dance and Latin music. Always looking to connect with other musicians and creatives!
