My passion for health, technology, and sports has been with me since childhood. This passion led me to study Biomedical Sciences and Physical Education at the University of São Paulo. From the beginning of my studies, I wanted to become a researcher, but I discovered the world of startups and saw how impactful some business models could be. This discovery motivated me to learn more about the business world and led me to join Pro Soccer, a sports technology startup that provides services to facilitate the collection, processing, and visualization of data for high-performance sports clubs.In December 2021, freshly graduated, I was given the enormous challenge of organizing a department that did not yet exist. One of my main responsibilities was to structure the customer relations department, aiming to increase the success of clubs in using Pro Soccer's software. Currently, my role involves leading the areas of customer success, product management, and new business development.
