- Partnered with the sales team to gain a better understanding of the day-to-day operations as an onboarding specialist- Worked with sales manager to develop insight into customer approval process- Made 70+ outbound calls to customers daily, field questions about receiving easy access to capital in minutes - Guided customers through the application process, get them approved, and transferred over to their Account Specialist- Collaborated with fellow interns to propose a new partnership presentation to the executives

- Answered product based questions in-store or on the phone to demonstrate product knowledge in assisting customers - Held responsible for helping the store maintain the proper inventory and developing an eye-catching display of popular new products - Worked the sales floor independently to assist the customers on the right supplement for their goals
