In one of Dell’s inside teams I assist on quant/quali usability testing, analytics, user interviews, empathy maps, use cases, personas, journey mapping, problem solving and other processes to keep improving the products UX. I have also led (mentored by a Sr Designer) my first discovery process, end to end, to understand and map a company’s problem. The discovery successfully mapped critical errors.

The PDA is an internship/training program created by Dell Technologies in partnership with Unisinos to train and enable new product designers to work on Dell products. Alongside 9 other students, throughout the program, we took classes everyday, during 6 months with incredible professors from the field. After learning, we applied the knowledge, together designing a Dell event and its digital environment, that was aiming to strengthen the design culture at the company.During the program we learned:User/Human-Centered Design;User Research;Usability;Interaction Design;User Experience (UX);Lean and Agile Methodologies;Digital Product Development;User Interface (UI);Prototyping;Digital Graphic Design;UX writing;Problem solving;Team building.And last but not least we developed a strong set of human skills, such as: Communication;Empathy; Collaboration; Leadership; Adaptability.

At Aldeia, i was responsable for the graphic design of three client acounts and the company's. I would also assist Senior art directors on campaings and website changes of their clients.

At ICI I was responsible for assisting on every creative task of the organization. Those would include: brainstorming campaign ideas, ideating and executing social media posts, helping the HR team on internal communication, and others.
