Managing team of software engineers with 4 C# .NET staff developers in addition to outsourced resources located in India. • Managing code bases for all Bankrate.com websites including numerous high-traffic/high-load websites with an extensive SOA, primarily C# .NET. Managed all corporate software initiatives for internal development projects as well, including SharePoint Portal and internal reporting systems. • Managing an extremely high work load with responsibility to project work along with system support. Ran daily SCRUM meetings along with status meetings to product/project management and meetings with the business. Managed the implementation of all new functionality and bug fixes. Managed the operation of the websites including tuning of high traffic sites like newsmax.com with load spiking to 70,000 concurrent visitors.• Responsible for the implementation of the Kentico CMS system. Managed a very large SAP code base with a multitude of technologies. Responsible for billing system - processing 6000+ daily transactions along with ordering interfaces and hosting platform. • Interfaced closely with senior management, sales, marketing, and finance teams to establish corporate roadmap. Held weekly development meetings, 1 on 1 meetings with staff, staff reviews, contract negotiations, etc. Traveled to Utah for management of Utah staff.• Worked closely with marketing and sales departments to implement new features. Worked closely with finance team on PCI compliance to the ordering system along with many accounting fixes. Worked closely with channel managers to implement required customizations for partner business along with the launch of several large partners.• Worked extensively on quality improvements, refactoring the system, added extensive reporting, and solved many major business critical problems. • Product integrations included: SaaS implementation for Windows Platform (SharePoint, Exchange, etc.), GS certificates, Trend Micro, PC Backup, etc. Product development for SugarCRM integration, universal shopping cart, SSO. • Development manager/system architect for TSO systems. Held team meetings and presented solution to management including project requirements. Worked with PMO on resource allocation, timeline and required man hours. Organized a diverse set of resources including developers, systems administrators, business analysts, MBGs, chip managers, support staff and others to head a group of 20+. Was successful on several large initiatives that provided functionality and services to TSO and Freescale-wide.• Development manager/system architect for ProjectKEY, .NET based in house tool for chip PMs. ProjectKEY was widely used to achieve Six Sigma targets for MBGs. • Managed the Roadmaps System, Data Collection System, and automated weekly reporting for Motorola’s Wireless Integration Technology group. Worked closely with PMO for these projects facilitating scheduling, resource allocation, design, development, debugging, testing and support. Worked extensively with CFO for Motorola and CIO for Motorola including potential cost savings to the company, project requirements, resource allocation, timeline and required man hours.
