I'm a pretty lucky guy...Actually, blessed is probably a better descriptor.Born into a broken home, my childhood journey led me into the foster care system in the 7th grade. I was a ward of the state until I turned 18, when I aged out of the system and set sail for Purdue University.If you're familiar with the statistics, you know a boy who ages out of foster care is more likely to be a criminal than a college grad. Only 3% of foster kids who age out of the system end up with a 4-year degree while 60% are eventually charged with a crime. But good people, hard work, and a heart of joy put my life back on the right track and equipped me to earn my degree in Chemical Engineering, grow a successful career, and raise a family.Over the years I've developed a variety of skills: supply chain operations, lean manufacturing, public speaking, and leadership — each fueled by my unrelenting optimism and drive for excellence.I possess innate abilities to see the bigger picture, influence others, and create traction for new projects. I am at my best when I get to use my creativity and positive energy to solve big problems that require determination, abstract thinking, and inspiring others to do more than they thought possible.So how can I serve you?
