- For a task carried out in 2020, SQL was used to query multiple tables from multiple databases to identify every customer with non-regulated contracts and gather all the information necessary to regulate them. Excel (VBA) was also used to automate the filling out of required documentation with the data extracted. This project reduced the time spent on the regulatory process of 1 client by 93% (from 30 minutes to 2 minutes).- Responsible for developing and maintaining the automated pipeline that returns the price adjustment index for 500+ contracts every month. To do this, it combines several tables and databases to obtain the required information. It calculates the price adjustment index according to the contractual clause, which generally involves the loss ratio of the contract in the analyzed period, as well as financial corrections. This process is crucial for the company's financial balance due to its uncertain nature, and it's responsible for an annual increase in revenue of ~U$2.2M.

- As a project manager, I was responsible for participating in meetings with customers captured by the sales department to understand their needs and propose a solution. In addition, I led a team of 5 consultants, supporting them in delivering the best results to our clients.
