It helped to elaborate a more assertive pallet purchase forecast.- Internal transportation study: The study found the real occupation of the internal raw material transportation. Outcomes: The study supported the team to make a decision on how to improve the transportation system in order to increase productivity and reduce costs. For instance, it enabled extra hours reduction. -
