I am a Visiting PhD researcher at HAW Hamburg and a PhD student in the Postgraduate Program in Administration at the Federal University of Paraná, focusing on Innovation and Technology.I am open to working on projects involving Organizational Sustainability, Corporate Social Responsibility, Education for Sustainability, especially Responsible Management, and Competencies for Sustainability. I was a member of UFPR's Sustainability Committee (2022) and have been actively organizing academic events to promote knowledge-sharing and networking. Recently, I contributed to the 2nd Transatlantic Symposium on Sustainable Development in Higher Education, the 2024 Meeting of Studies on Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management, and the 2023 Administration Seminars at the University of São Paulo.Engaging with the student community is important, so I represent students on the Resource Management committee, ensuring their voices are heard.I am open to new projects - feel free to reach out!
