I deal with product development and quality, carrying out laboratory and snow tests, together with the test team, composed of professional skiers. I collaborate with the commercial area of my company regarding a new spare parts management, always in contact with the national branches and the different distributors/dealers. Laboratory tests are carried out using special instruments and a correlation is sought between data found experimentally and sensations on snow of the various skiers. Snow tests to confirm or refute data and to decide line of development to follow, by personally testing boots and skis. Compilation of reports for each activity carried out and involvement of the responsible business areas (prototypes, modifications, marketing/aesthetic requests,…).

Monticello D'Alba

R&D Engineer at LeoVince, multinational company producing approved and racing exhaust systems for motorcycles and scooters. I deal with the study and development of prototypes, collaborating with other business areas, including marketing and production. I oversee the homologation department, for which I developed a new working method and I started a new type of homologation tests; I also collaborate with homologation bodies for certified issuance. I plan and organize tests on the road and at the test bench, making them in first person. I am also the reference for customer care regarding all technical aspects.I'm in charge of the racing service, which I helped to create and develop.

Process Engineer at Live-Tech, time management and workflow in the orders, planning a new company system. Drafting of technical manuals of plants, in collaboration with external bodies. Corporate figure of reference with regard to company safety and achievement of results for certifications.

Curricular intern in technical office at Sparco, composite materials, carbon fiber, motorsport and supercar section. I collaborated on the creation of a new racing seat for rallies, lightening the structure and maintaining the technical and safety features required by FIA regulations. My specialized degree thesis was based on this experience.
