After a two-year break due to personal reasons, I had the opportunity to return to the rugby club, joining Marcello Violi's staff and the medical team as a Physiotherapist.Key responsibilities and achievements:Match and Training Support: Provided on-field and off-field physiotherapy assistance during training sessions and matches in the TOP 10 Championship, addressing players' physical issues and ensuring readiness for performance.Sport Taping Expertise: Prepared players for matches by applying an average of 20 sport-taping bandages per game. This high-paced environment enhanced my ability to work efficiently under pressure, improving my organizational skills, dexterity, and expertise in joint bandaging.On-Field Medical Assistance: Supported players during games by collaborating with the medical staff in real-time decision-making and providing immediate aid when needed.Post-Match Medical Checks: Conducted medical evaluations after games and reported findings to the medical staff to ensure proper follow-up care.Therapeutic Interventions: Delivered manual therapy and soft tissue massages to alleviate pain, address acute issues, and optimize players' recovery.Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation: Designed and managed physiotherapy programs aimed at injury prevention, enhancing protective factors, and rehabilitating injured athletes to ensure safe and efficient recovery.

• Worked as a Physiotherapist in “Studio Salute”, a private clinic in Fogliano (RE). I treated patients with Manual Therapy and Therapeutic Exercise.• Administered clinical assessment and evaluation to determine patient needs and treatments timetable; this experience has thoroughly improved my management skills.• In a typical day, I worked with a number in between 4 and 8 patients and I mainly dealt with Migraine, Neck pain, LBP and Shoulder issues. In addition, I rehabilitated patients following post-traumatic orthopedic surgery programs.• Led group exercise classes designed to improve patient mobility, strength and health.• In case of musculoskeletal issues I provided to athletes and their mentors the pathway to follow for a correct return to play process.• Delivered Home Care Therapy to homebound and long-care patients unable to reach the clinic, providing rehabilitation programs for patients that suffered Stroke, post traumatic surgery or chronic pathologies.

In March 2024 I arrived in Perth with an enrolment at Language Links English school to enhance my English proficiency. During this period, I collected and submitted my documents to AHPRA to obtain Limited Registration as a Physiotherapist. My goal was to work part-time as a Limited Physiotherapist at Next Wave Therapy to gain experience and prepare for my future objectives. During this period of time, I was being trained in Polestar Pilates at Next Wave Therapy, in order to learn its principals and foundations. Since 2022, I have been diligently preparing for the APC clinical exam to secure my full AHPRA registration while enrolling a preparation course, the APP (Australian Physio Prep). My intention was to work at Next Wave Therapy to gain valuable practical experience, helping me become a more competent physiotherapist and enhancing my exam preparation. In July 2024 I completed the APC standard pathway and earned my General Registration as Physiotherapist in Australia.

Thanks to that large amount of work in a rather short time, I improved my organizational skill to work better under pressure, In addition to that I enhance dexterity and knowledge in dealing with joint bandages• On-field Aiding of players in need during games supporting the Medical Staff in aiding and decision making.• I used to go through Medical Checks after games and reporting problems to the Medical Staff.• Treated players with Manual Therapy and soft tissues massage to alleviate pain and solve acute issues.• Planned Athlete’s Physiotherapy activities, managed the prevention programs to boost protective factors to eliminate or reduce injury risks and Rehabilitate the injured one.

• Worked as a Physiotherapist in various locations of the company (Reggio Emilia, Novellara, Campegine). I dealt directly with guests in condition of disability of the residential structures and supported Care Givers and Health Care Assistants in the search of solutions for the patient’s best quality of life.• Planned and administered a range of treatments and therapeutic exercise programs involving active and passive ranges of motion and muscle re- education.

Followed the team during trainings and matched of the Youth National Championship. Among my duties there was the diagnosis of musculoskeletal disorders, treatments and return to play of athletes during and off the season.
