The project involved the demolition of partitions, the reinforcement of the existing supporting structure , the removal of the stone facing with the restoration of the plaster and the previous design of the facade. The building is bound by P.R.G. as "Edificio caratterizzante il tessuto storico". I prepared the design drawings and the administrative documentation to be sent electronically to the City via the website MUDE Piemonte (http://www.mude.piemonte.it/cms/home.html). I followed the procedure of the practice and the verification of the feasibility with the various sectors of the Municipality of Turin. I got permission for the occupation of public ground, and the Verbale del Colore for changes to the facade. I was Director of Works and I produced all the documentation for the variant and the closure of the construction work, including the change of the property at the Land Registry (Catasto) of the Province of Turin.
