Taking care of all service activities concerning local customers (20 farmacies for the local area), planning activities based on customer needs. Coordinating installation activities with German installation team. Completing tools commisioning and verification before releasing in production. Collecting data and preparing reports to management to update status of issues or projects.

Manage a team of Field Service Engineers, Regional product supports and Supervisors in supporting installations, warranties and service actvities (escalations, safety, ....) at different customer sites. Estrablish strong relations with key players and decision makers at customer service teams and purchase offices.Cooperate with Marketing BU in defining goals and developing strategies for different customers in both spare part and product enhancement sales. Coordinate factory support as required (BU, Product Support, Logistics, Sales, etc)

Manage a team of 9 Field service engineers in supporting Equipment installations, warranties and billable services at Italian customer sites. Be proactive with customer management to identify potential areas of improvement and drive resolution. Establish strong working relationships with headquarter in CA (Product support, Engineering, and Manufacturing). Be a part of SAP go live for Europe.

Coordinate a team of 6 Field Service engineers, to support installations, warranties and service contracts at Catania site. Manage daily activities to perform scheduled and unscheduled activities. Hands on the tool for 65% of the working time.
