• Managing a department of 120 employees through 8 direct reports• Establishing and nurturing relationships with clients and other stakeholders for effective communication and expansion of existing operational capabilities in the nearshore in line with global unit strategy. • Developing and implementing mid-term tactical plans and implementation projects • Operationally managing critical situations across service chain and solving escalations in agreed quality according to contracts• Planning, adjusting and controlling financial and other business plans to be able to effectively manage financial targets• Motivating and developing people in own team to be able to deliver better quality and fulfill expectations of employees

• Building up a team of 25 employees covering the whole service chain• Managing a team delivering non-standard services for a public customer• Supporting the project phase, service delivery management and counterparts and controlling the transition• Acting as an Operation consultant during the project phase with active participation on the establishment of quality KPIs• Direct Budget responsibility• Development of processes to ensure operation on highest level and guarantee high-level customer satisfaction
