Creating a brand new experience for Drogasil and Raia web stores, focus on home and product's pages. Combined these two brands are the largest drugstore conglomerate in South America, with more than 2100 stores across Brazil, already offerinng omnichannel experience for all costumers.

My main goal was to take care of Customer Experience so that the company could keep growing and delivering amazing experiences for million of users. While I was in that role, the company doubled the orders and had Contact Rate reduced by 75%.In addition I was also responsible for leading the creation of chat features to connect Customers, Drivers and Restaurants. These features were created to support dozen of millions connections a month, improving strategic KPIs for the company.
