Development of the GOKISS (Go! Keep It Short Simple) software kit including 65 software allowing the automation of several scientific calculations in the field of industrial engineering.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, I was responsible to manage some Genius ERP implementation projects:• Participate in the analysis of the customer's business processes by offering best practices;• Participate in the preparation of the project plan and negotiate with the customer the split of budget within the proposed activities;• Develop training materials, prepare training plan and train customers;• Ensure with the customer that each project deliverables are reached;• Maintain a positive relationship with suppliers and customers;• Support the customers and the internal team of advisors.

Reporting to the director of research and development, I was responsible for quality control:• Responsible for the tests and trials of the Genius ERP manufacturing management system;• Establishment of test methods and procedures;• Perform tests and trials;• Test documentation;• Follow up on corrective actions;• Documentation of the operating procedures (best business practice) of the system;• Establish the complete process and flow of information conveyed in the ERP system.
