OperationsI implemented new criterion for the processing of orders which increased flexibility and reduced lead time. The previous criterion was by Client, which made the consolidation part of the process rather inefficient. By changing the criterion to Zone specific the lead time was reduced to 16 hours (from 24 hours).LogisticsI created a new system of distribution that takes advantage of the new criteria of order processing for the local sales. This new system includes a company owned fleet (consolidation of the value chain) and with help of a close follow up on SAP, costs of distribution were reduced by 38%.

I introduced a new control and reward system for Mid and High level Executives. The new system consists of a mix of fixed and variable salary, where the variable part depends on two factors: (1) Fulfillment of construction schedule and (2) efficiency of construction equipment. The results were that schedule delays were reduced in 20% and equipment utilization compared to advancements increased 30%. Since construction is an asset heavy industry, these results impacted the P&L's profits with a 4% increase.
