Mr. Hebert has managed a variety of engineering and environmental projects including subsurface geophysical investigations (inlcuding munitions response investigations), site characterization studies, and groundwater remediation operations. Mr. Hebert’s specialty is characterizing the subsurface using geophysical methods such as electromagnetic conductivity, electrical resistivity, down-hole logging, seismic reflection and refraction, and ground-penetrating radar. He has provided expertise in the areas of geophysical method selection, survey design, field data acquisition, site mapping, data processing, interpretation, and presentation of results. He is proficient in the use of numerous graphical display programs, such as Oasis Montaj, AutoCAD, Autosketch, Grapher, Logplot, Quick Logs, Matlab, Surfer, Voxler, and WellCAD. Mr. Hebert also has experience in Global Positioning System (GPS) instruments and operation, and incorporation of GPS information with geophysical data acquisition.In addition to geophysics, Mr. Hebert has experience in a variety of tasks related to groundwater contamination assessment and remediation, including monitoring well installation, soil and groundwater sampling, and remediation system installation, operation, and maintenance. Mr. Hebert has also drafted and provided assistance on various Initial Site Characterization (ISC) reports, Remediation Work Plans (RWPs), and Corrective Action Progress Reports (CAPRs) for submittal to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM).Specialties: Mundell is composed of a team of dedicated professionals with diverse backgrounds including: geology, hydrology, geophysics, geochemistry, environmental science, and engineering.
