As a member of the employer relations team, the main goal of my work is to assist in providing students the resources they will need to start their professional career. As a team, we work towards connecting students to an employer based off of the employers expectations, student experience and career goals. I directly interact with employers to determine what their needs are to fulfill the requirements of open positions within their organization. My contributions are also directly linked to our webpage, hireUC.com, which is a portal for employers to post jobs and internships specifically for University of Cincinnati students. Within hireUC, I manage the information that connected employers to students, specifically by organizing employer contacts and job postings.
