I strongly believe that our purpose is something intrinsic that is born from the extent to which we are open to the unknown, experiment, and let our creativity and passions dream. And this was something that happened along my path, at a certain point I felt attracted to finance and personal investments and I started studying the world of investments, financial psychology, and finance, investing in courses in this area that gave me the necessary impulse to choose my profession.In my luggage I bring with me the communication as something I developed strongly, allied to my knowledge in Finance that at first became advice for close friends and then, as I began being recommended, I felt the need to open and consolidate an Investment Consultancy.In 2023 I took the ANBIMA exam in order to certify my knowledge by consolidating it in the Series 20 - CPA20 certification I also started my second degree in the area of Accounting and Finance, which is where my experiences are today.I am also passionate about traveling and exploring the world. In 2022, I had the opportunity to study English in England and develop myself, reaching the current C1 certification level. I currently participate in international meetings, share my ideas with clients, partners, and project managers.Talking about investments, finances, and travel is something I really enjoy when I'm with my friends. I value their presence. I always share how much the exchange experience shaped me a lot, and learning a new language opened up new possibilities for me and also allowed me to see the world as a broader place. I hold monthly meetings with international clients, supporting my leaders, managing planning, direction, and negotiations regarding brands and their licensed products;I performed monthly integration of reports with CRM platform systems, collecting and processing the database (Zoho One) to build more analytical and objective information with the main insights for the board of directors in decision-making. I developed a spreadsheet in Google Sheets for each manager leader in order to have greater agility and analysis in sharing data on weekly sales closings and at the end of each month I am able to make a presentation to management about the best sales categories, brands and licenses with the best results for analysis of management decision-making;I issue invoices and tax receipts every month for the monthly payments of brands and their royalties, in accordance with the reconciliation based on the reports sent/submitted by the licensees. I carry out approximately 50 invoice processes for the licensees every month;As part of my activities, I am responsible for managing account control, royalty payments generated for both the brand and the agency to be received monthly, and processing bank reconciliations in constant communication with suppliers, daily monitoring of exchange rates to convert them into financial reports and consolidate payment and invoice data and information.
