During my professional experience as a Reporting Analyst, I was able to develop the management of internal processes and monthly and quarterly sales reports of copyrights for major international brands that are well-established in the market, such as Netflix, Coca-Cola, Nintendo, Chevrolet, Care Bears, and Paul Frank. I hold monthly meetings with international clients, supporting my leaders, managing planning, direction, and negotiations regarding brands and their licensed products;I performed monthly integration of reports with CRM platform systems, collecting and processing the database (Zoho One) to build more analytical and objective information with the main insights for the board of directors in decision-making. I developed a spreadsheet in Google Sheets for each manager leader in order to have greater agility and analysis in sharing data on weekly sales closings and at the end of each month I am able to make a presentation to management about the best sales categories, brands and licenses with the best results for analysis of management decision-making;I issue invoices and tax receipts every month for the monthly payments of brands and their royalties, in accordance with the reconciliation based on the reports sent/submitted by the licensees. I carry out approximately 50 invoice processes for the licensees every month;As part of my activities, I am responsible for managing account control, royalty payments generated for both the brand and the agency to be received monthly, and processing bank reconciliations in constant communication with suppliers, daily monitoring of exchange rates to convert them into financial reports and consolidate payment and invoice data and information.

My responsibilities as a Financial Consultant are to analyze the needs of clients in the first conversations, screen meetings, and understand their demands and needs. Through the meeting, I can analyze how to manage what they need, whether in support of Income Tax Declaration services, DAS Regularization, MEI opening for small entrepreneurs and service providers;I also create a personalized consulting path according to the client's needs focused on retirement, investment suggestions, goals and contributions so that they can achieve their desired objective;For clients who want to have more financial flexibility, know which cards they should invest in, how to accumulate miles, make assertive purchases of tickets, accommodations, tours and a personalized itinerary, I offer a Travel Consultant service with unique delivery and satisfaction, so that the client can enjoy their moment.

In this role, I was responsible for managing insurance renewals, prospecting new customers from the database (CRM registrations, email, phone and WhatsApp), contacting customers to offer new products, renewals with loyalty and over delivering offers, bringing negotiation and persuasion strategies to offer the best solution to the customer;I prepared quotes to send to customers in order to consolidate a proposal with a personalized offer and managed follow-up to ensure retention and a journey of customer satisfaction.I was also responsible for managing all demands of the Nautical Department, such as negotiations, preparation of proposals, quotes, policy issuance, pending issues and inspections. Through the inspections, the acceptance of the proposal by the insurer was analyzed and negotiation meetings with the customer were held. In this role, I also followed up with customers, offering support and providing information on all stages with a focus on maintaining loyalty and retention.
