I have three years worth of experience working in a US software company. I have worked in customer service for a year, providing problem resolution and guidance to clients on software/hardware, Payment Processing and technical product issues. For another two years I was working as a Corporate Trainer, providing learning material, planning trainings and delivering a variety of trainings to multiple departments within the company. This work included working with Support Team Leads, meeting with key stakeholders when planning out the delivery of information about company policies, updates and changes. I am familiar with the Agile concepts and worked with the product team to provide information about the latest developments with the product. This role was akin to a business analyst role as it was at the forefront of any new company projects and a lot of focus went on to apply trainings strategically. We also worked on constantly improving Call Center agent work quality with management and QA.
