- Maintain existing and develop new relationships with debt financiers, investors, and other relevant partners- Maintain an awareness of financial market conditions, opportunities, and trends- Support Work with the business development team in the origination of new investment opportunities- Assess the financial viability of investment projects (M&A, PPP, and Project Finance)- Supervise financial models, analysis, and sensitivities- Lead the analysis of infrastructure investments and company valuations in Chile, Paraguay, Peru, and Uruguay- Active involvement in tenders, bids, and project/financing/fund documentation- Active role in contract settings throughout the due diligence process - Engagement with C-level through the decision making- Support any activity under the leadership of the Corporate Services Director- Represent the broad finance function to design business processes that are in line with internal control requirements and provide financial education to business partners (Special Purpose Vehicle and Branches)- Coordinate and work with all the branches' financial departments- Review the budget planning and new activity development- Investment monitoring and control- Coaching, developing and motivating junior team

- Treasury planning, budgeting, and forecasting- Cash flow management and company-wide alignment (HR, Procurement, Operations, and Financial Institutions)- Cultivated effective working relationships with internal and external teams across various cultural backgrounds, and areas of expertise- Work with internal stakeholders and business leaders on outlining and executing strategic initiatives in Real Estate, Construction, and Engineering

- Responsible for the company treasury management- Responsible for forecasting cash flow on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly timely basis- Executes approved wire transfers and investment transactions
