Responsible for the safe and efficient production and operation of oil wells and process equipment on outlying field assets (Normally Unattended Installations). Ensuring well operations daily activities are aligned with business goals and needs; -. Manage the control of crude oil production and associated gas from all wells, well testing and optimizing well production, controlling gas and water injection rates in EOR projects;-. Directs in conjunction with Well Intervention Team the execution of the well service work programs including gas lift valve change, acid squeeze, flowing/static bottom hole survey, gauging, well head valves integrity checks and safety valves function test;-. Control and optimize chemicals injection treatment at each production facilities;-. Coordinate activities with drilling team. Accountable for platform preparation before rigarrival/departure, well handover and SIMOPS document;-. Develops operating budgets, monitor expenditures, approved invoice for labour or consumables material;-. Coach, teach and mentor of supervisors, identifying competency, training requirements and personnel development opportunities;-. Ensure the execution of platform preventive maintenance programs and repair activities on well head and associated equipment and facilities;

• Developed projects covering scope of work, schedule and budget definition, additional engineering works, procurement, construction and close up, ensuring that all deliverables were on time, on budget and complying with all standards, specifications and regulations, especially that those related with safety and environmental requirement were met.• Managed and supervised the efforts of selected contractors to perform engineering and construction deliverables, ensuring the contractors perform diligently their obligations under the contact covering scope, schedule, cost, quality and safety.• Coordinated the open communication between the project team and of various company departments and business units (production, maintenance, procurements, land, legal).• Coordinated the commissioning and adequate transfer of new facilities from the Project Team to Operations and Maintenance Team.• Provided weekly and monthly reports about project’s progress, cost control and performance curves to Operation Manager.• Managed field integrity plan and corrosion team focusing on Pressure Safety Valves, Cathode Protection, coupons, coatings, scanning tools, pigging and chemical treatments.
