My academic journey, coupled with practical experience in customer service and volunteer roles, has equipped me with strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills.Currently, I am expanding my expertise through the Global Career Accelerator's digital marketing track, where I am gaining hands-on experience in the dynamic field of digital marketing.
