1. End-to-end supervision of both building and launching of Christian Dior’s first southern American retail focused on men’s ready-to-wear clothing (SHOPS Jardins);2. Supporting of activations and activities (clienteling, after-sales, special events, gifting campaigns) of all Brazilian Christian Dior retail stores in Brazil;3. Monitoring of clients’ feedback reporting and liaising with store management on actions to maintain and improve the service;4. Responsible for reviewing after-sales reporting and KPIs by location;5. Collaboration with local and HQ teams to organize regular training sessions for the store teams;6. Engaging with stores to monitor clienteling tools, organize training as required, and collect feedback on stores’ needs and improvements.

Control Tower team Coordinator exclusively focused on the service of import and export logistics operations of the holdings/brands: Amazon (AWS), Kering (Gucci, Bottega Veneta e Saint Laurent), Larroudé, Marchon Eyewear (Calvin Klein, Karl Lagerfeld, Lacoste, Lanvin, Salvatore Ferragamo), Salvatore Ferragamo and Swarovski;2. Coordinator responsible for the logistics involved in the building and launching of 06 new retail stores for Kering group companies in 2019 and 2020 in Brazil: Gucci (Farfetch, Copacabana, Catarina Outlet, CJShops), Bottega Veneta (Village Mall), Saint Laurent (Village Mall);3. End-to-end control of more than 300 import/export processes of 20 luxury retail stores and 20 electronic sites located in Brazil, dealing with complex goods such as exotic leather and high jewelry, including specific certifications requirements from local authorities;4. Daily follow-up of every import/export process to ensure that all shipments are delivered within the SLA, ensuring integration and efficiency between all stages of the processes;5. Weekly meetings for KPIs presentations involving national and international exporters and clients;6. Participation in negotiation meetings with new national and international strategic customers, providing action plans and logistics solutions.
