Welcome to my LinkedIn page! I'm so happy you're here. I am a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) with experience as a community dietitian, a culinary nutrition educator, a weight loss dietitian in a high-volume weight loss clinic, and most recently, Women's Health dietitian. In my last role, I acted as a preceptor for the Vanderbilt University Medical Center's Dietetic Internship students. I love teaching and helping my patients achieve their health and wellness goals. I currently work for Iron Health, an incredible FemTech company where I coach women throughout various stages of life.When I'm not at work, you can catch me outside with my dog, exploring a hiking trail in the mountains of Tennessee, trying out a new restaurant, listening to live music, cooking and baking, doing something creative, or in a group fitness class. I earned my Bachelor's from Quinnipiac University in Business Management, my Associate's in Baking and Pastry Arts from the International Culinary School at The Art Institutes of Tennessee- Nashville, and my Master's in Nutrition Education from Montclair State University (respectively). I feel that my education background has set me up on a very interesting career path that amalgamates aspects from each degree focus beautifully.
