Manage Sweat Cardio staff, instructors, class schedule on a monthly basis, payroll, retail, marketing (creating and following through with promotions, ads, promotional e-mails, flyers, etc.) and social media advertising (Facebook, Twitter, etc.). I also direct and organize our active/inactive instructor directories. I oversee special events at our studio, help promote and run both charity and member events.Beginning as a receptionist my tasks lied in working in customer relations, checking members in for classes, selling memberships, completing and analyzing data entry.
