Current▪ Responsible for developing and implementing operational plans and strategies to support the growth and success of the company, founded in 2021. Oversee the management of all business processes, including human resources, finance, and operations.▪ Managed the process of joining a PEO to streamline payroll, onboarding, and invoice processing procedures. Run monthly reports to analyze spending against operations budgets. ▪ Put together project presentations including responses to RFPs and annual strategy reports▪ Manage the hiring process from role creation to onboarding for employees and interns. ▪ Establish policies that promote a culture of diversity, entrepreneurship, grit, community, and respect that is integral to the company vision. ▪ Created an office move budget, toured and vetted office spaces that would fit our growing team, managed the move of employees, and set up the office technology. ▪ Manage all vendors and consultants and negotiate contracts. Process invoices and ensure accuracy against contracts and agreements. ▪ Manage relationships with community organizations to offer social services to residents such as workforce training, income mobility, education, adult services, food security, and healthcare resources. ▪ ▪ Organize events such as Vision Vans, Senior Breakfasts, and Tenant Meetings to promote a culture of transparency with residents throughout transitions.
