- tasks related to project planning, preparation of project documentation, if necessary, making the modification of project documentation- participation in the development of suit support types and services for the clients- making a report of personal change to the competent ministry and preparation of related documentation- making ad hoc and regular reports and analyzes- working with knowledge of national and EU legislation- providing professional coordination for the project staff

• General labor administration of cc. 900 employees, including hiring and termination, preparing documents for and managing the monthly payroll• Creating labor contracts and modifications• Preparing reports, analysis• Keep contact with the payroll outsourcing company, with the internal Economic (Finance) Department• Handling of personal folders, labor data maintenance in the registering system• Cafeteria management (administration, maintenance)• Support and active participation in creating internal labor regulations• Preparing Salary Statements for EE’s• Managing work permit and resident permit authorization for foreign employees (coming from EU and 3rd countries also) • Other ad-hoc tasks from the management
