• Managing the Corporate Affairs, Public Policy and Government Relations activities• Building and protecting good company reputation while shaping public opinion towards the company• Leading the Public policy and government relations strategy, programs and engagement with different Ministries• Develop and implement strategic advocacy • Leading the key stakeholders engagement, with different Ministries and KOLs• Lead Company's representation in the Business Forum and Industry Associations.• Leading the corporate donation program as part of support to the communities. • Serve as Sustainability/Environment Pillar Lead, working on sustainability; Including plastic waste management, water protection, and community enggagement activities.• Manage Business licences and permits on OSS RBA, Inatrade, Siinas, INSW, etc

Lead the regional Corporate Communications and Government Affairs activities in Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia and Philippines. Managing internal and external communications strategy to shape public opinion and preference on the brand across various platform and activities including PR & media relations, event, key opinion leaders engagement, marketing,government relations/Public Affairs Working on CSR, employees volunteering, community engagement and Sustainability activities to support communities, government and environment.Develop and sustain corporate image while minimizing the potential business risk and manage the crisis.Award :SWA Award- Best social cause promotion (CSR) PR and digital campaign

• Lead the Internal and external communications strategy and government relations/public policy activities• Focusing on digital marketing including social media management, SEM and SEO strategy and content marketing to boost consumers engagement and support sales while creating a strong branding strategy. Also lead the consumers digital campaign to reach desired objective, ie UHT milk campaign.• Lead the government relations/public affairs activities and actively involved in local associations and government activities to support the business and to give influence in the making of government regulation.• Managing PR strategy to shape public opinion and protecting corporate image as well as building strong relationship with media and key opinion leader.• Working on CSR, employees volunteering, community engagement and Sustainability activities to support communities, government and environment.• Develop and implement Crisis Communications Strategy• Supporting the environment / sustainability strategy including recycling activities , extended stakeholder responsibility, and community relation

ICE is currently the leading venue for events, and has become benchmark for MICE events in Indonesia.This venue is owned by Sinarmas Land and Kompas Gramedia, and professionally operated by a Germany trade fair company Deutsche Messe. ICE was inaugurated on August 2015. Key Responsibilities :- Develop-execute-evaluate the integrated marketing communication strategies and plans, according to the budget, in order to reach the company's goals in terms of brand and sales/order. - Develop the brand and raise the awareness and value of the brand using all kind of marketing and promotion tools and techniques (above and below the line).- Develop and maximize digital marketing strategy, especially developing the social media platforms, Search Engine Marketing (SEM)as well as Search Engine Optimization (SEO)- Public Relations and media relations activities, strong networking with journalist (online and offline), inviting press for 1 on 1 interview, press conferences, development and distribution of press release- Creating marketing campaigns for targeted market- Internal communications and relations, including creating internal newsletter and employee information-Building relationship with customer, community relations and especially the engagement with related industries and government ACHIEVEMENT and AWARDS:- Best Exhibition Hall 2015 by Indonesia MICE Award- Asia Pacific Property Awards Winner 2016 (ICE by Sinarmas Land)- Most Energy Efficient Building 2015 (ICE by Sinarmas Land)
