Provide oversight and leadership over the firm's fiduciary activities and account administration at Glenmede Trust Company and Glenmede Trust Company of Delaware. Manage fiduciary strategy, ethical standards, and regulatory compliance to support a strong governance system in alignment with Glenmede's culture of distinctive client service, purposeful growth, and prudent risk management. Serve as a member of the Executive Committee.

Provided oversight and leadership over the fiduciary activities and trust administration practices for CIBC National Trust Company and CIBC Delaware Trust Company. Led the creation of a multi-region Fiduciary Center of Excellence to enhance the client and advisor experience and support the efficiency, growth and risk management of the overall wealth business. Served as a member of the Operating Committee and Chair for the Trust Committee.

Led the growth of CIBC Atlantic Trust's Delaware offering by engaging with estate planning professionals around the country and working with relationship teams to provide highly customized fiduciary and custody services for trusts administered under Delaware law. Served as a member of Atlantic Trust's Wealth Strategies Group, assisting individual clients with wealth planning and fiduciary administration matters as well as participating in the creation and implementation of firm-wide Wealth Strategies initiatives.

Provided legal and compliance services to INVESCO’s private wealth management division. Responsible for all legal work involving the firm’s proprietary private equity and hedge fund offerings. Drafted, reviewed and negotiated investment management agreements, client contracts and related agreements for the private wealth business.Drafted and reviewed receipt and release forms, trust agreements and related documents for the fiduciary business.Provided legal support to the firm’s Wealth Strategies Group and fiduciary committees.Assisted General Counsel with routine corporate legal matters and corporate governance.Served as Chief Legal Officer for Atlantic Whitehall Funds Trust (2004-2009), a proprietary mutual fund complex for the firm’s high net worth clients. Served as primary legal liaison for the fund board, outside fund counsel and independent counsel for the trustees. Supervised the eventual merger of the fund complex into INVESCO AIM Funds (2009).
