Due to my competency and work ethic I was promoted to supervisor in order to supervise staff, account the daily and weekly takings, motivate staff,ensure store targets were met and deal with customer discrepancies.

We manufacture, pack and sell luxury silk and lavender gifts. Clients included Liberty of London, Fortnum & Mason and Gift magazines. My role was to liase with clients, distribute and quality check goods and to manage general admin aspects of the manufacturing and distribution.
