Managed over 40 staff members across 4 hospitality venues within the one building with up to 800+ patrons at capacity. Also responsible for the cash management of back of house operations, which involves end of day cash up, data entry and overall analysis and reporting of the business performance. Within this role I engaged with customers to resolve any complaints or issues in a timely, caring and efficient manner with the customers best interests at heart, whilst also considering the performance of the business as a whole.

Exposed to a range of products including Foreign Exchange, Credit, Bonds, Rates and Commodities on their creation, distribution and execution by engaging with the different teams amongst the floor. Collaborating data to distribute our various products to all sectors of clients by performing onboarding practices for internal portals and multi-bank portals.

Educating senior high school students in Mathematics, English Advanced and Business Studies teaching formatting, communication, problem solving and analytic skills. This is achieved through a patient manner using previous experiences and knowledge to achieve the best results for my students.

I have completed a Finance Internship at HOYTS Head Office. I engaged with their financial analytics team, exhibition team and corporate finance team to learn various new skills and open my eyes to the dynamic financial world. During this experience the primary duties were preparing and analysing company results and trends as well as forecasting weekly performance against competitors with a large focus on market share analysis.
