While the pandemic did put a stop to my restaurant training I was able to maintain my full time job with Apple Inc. My time at Apple has been spent split between the retail store where I would actively listen to customers to solve problems and also find the perfect product that fit into their life. I currently remain in the sales department of Apple, while lending a hand to many other departments such as customer service, senior customer service, and chat sales and service.
