My primary work has been with new e-commerce builds on SalesForce Commerce Cloud. I have served as a BA defining the functional specifications needed for those projects. I was a Children's Program Counselor during conference. 1 to 1 Child to Counselor ratio. Participated and coordinated activities such as ceramics, horse back riding, Children's Museum, Meow Wolf, swimming, food, movies, and many more! This occurred once a year for a week.

I performed intakes, biopsychosocial assessments, and utilization reviews with insurance companies for clients at Solutions Treatment Center and other facilities across the country. The facilities provide substance abuse/ addiction treatment, dual diagnosis (SA and MH) treatment and mental health treatment.

Assisting the founder of Waterway's to establish an official non-profit and an adjunct for-profit LLC. Waterways will work with first nation's people and specifically focus on traditional paddle journeys.

The Steet Outreach Program provides resources to homeless and at-risk youth under 22 years of age. We work collaboratively with the emergency Interfaith Shelter, Healthcare for the Homeless, Warehouse 21, Life Link, Adelante and Southwest Care Center to provide resources to the youth. We can help with basic needs such as food and clothes, or higher needs like finding housing or getting their identification documents. In this position, I am the primary manager for each case, for each client.

A part time position at the Street Outreach Program. Go on the streets with basic supplies like food, hand warmers, socks, hygiene products, etc. Was going full time to Southwestern College for the first year then went back to full time as Service Coordinator.

I was in charge of Community Outreach in an 8 county region in NW Ohio. I met with community agencies and religious organizations to provide information about state and federal support programs such as Food Stamps. I also trained volunteers and agencies to use an online application called The Benefit Bank. The Benefit Bank allowed for efficient completion of government forms and taxes, all of which could be filed electronically all for free. For less than 25% of my time I provided direct assistance to clients using The Benefit Bank and other community resources.

Worked on an issues based, non-profit campaign that ran during the presidential elections in 2008. This company was partnered with MoveOn.org, PIRG, and multiple other non-profit issue based groups involved in environmental, financial, and social issues. I interviewed, hired and managed a team of canvassing staff and performed outreach duties.
