As a Program Manager, I am involved in workforce development, talent attraction, and community engagement initiatives. My role involves developing community and business relations to recruit potential students for technical skill training. I instruct our training applicants on career pathways, financial aid, assessments, enrollment, training, resources, job search, and work-based learning. I also act as a coach for existing ITSP cohorts to make them aware of the wrap-around services offered at Ivy Tech Community College. Lastly, I also manage the social media presence of the partnership to spread awareness of our initiatives.I have an Associate Degree in Business Administration from Ivy Tech Community College with experience in retail and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, and macOS. My skill sets include adaptability, time management, customer service, and leadership. My areas of interest are public relations, photography, and social media marketing.
